Man United has officially said goodbye to Cristiano Ronaldo. This is the time for them to hunt for a striker to replace the Portuguese superstar.

Aƭƭαck is a rҽαl problem for Man United this season. Coach Erik ten Hag had too few options. And when Ronaldo left Old Trafford, in the hands of the Dutch strategist there was only one prolific striker, Marcus Rashford – a player who seems to play better in the left-wing striker position. Meanwhile, Anthony Martial cannot play regularly because of injuries.

According to Rudy Galetti, Man United have expressed their interest in Borussia Monchengladbach’s Marcus Thuram . After 17 matches in all competitions this season, the player born in 1997 pocketed 13 goals and 4 assists. Thuram’s brilliant form returned at the right time because last season, he only had 3 goals and 1 assist after 23 appearances in all competitions. Thuram was recently rewarded for his impressive performance with a place in the 2022 World Cup with France.

Marcus Thuram is a very good player. He has strength, pace, agility, Jump, stamina but on the other hand he is close to Rashford in terms of playing style. United need to find a pure number nine asap.

It was the best decision for both parties to part ways, I have not really seen Marcus play but if he is good, it should be a problem for him to shine at United.
