2021 Texas Open: Spieth wins first title since 2017

American golfer and one time world no 1 Jordan Spieth finally ended in 4 year drought has he became champion of the Texas Open.

Spieth last major title win came in 2017 at the Royal Birkdale which was also his 3rd major career title.

The 27 year old recorded 7 birdies in the final round with par 66 to end it on 18 under to claim the victory over Charley Hoffman with 2 strokes.

The American expressed his excitement for his recent win and for never given up or losing his confidence. The win now brings Spieth to his 12th PGA Tour titles.
