Nadal ends Norrie's run to reach Barcelona Open semis
World No 3 Rafael Nadal remains steady enroute to winning his 12th Barcelona Open title as he dispatched Norrie of Britain to advance to the semi finals.

Norrie who has so far been impressive hit a huge roadblock in the Spaniard has he lost 6-1 6-4 and ended his fine run.
The British No 2 felt disappointed as he felt he didn't give his all. His comment after the match:
"It was never going to be easy but I'm pretty disappointed with how I played today. I didn't really
serve as well as I have all week and just lacked a little bit of execution, especially in the first set.
Nadal is set to meet fellow countryman Pablo Carreno Busta for a place in the final of the Barcelona Open

Nadal - Tsitsipas will be a very sweet final.
It’s not the best of Nadal and I was a bit worried for him ahead of Rolland Garros. But he’s ramping up just fine apparently and will be as tough as ever on the French Grand Slam tournament.
I'll like to see that too. He seems to working his way back gradually to Nadal will all once knew.
That’s true. Funny how no matter the previous form or the string of injuries slowing him down, he’s always able to reach his season peak for Rolland Garros haha
