NBA: Russell Westbrook breaks triple-doubles record
After tying with Oscar Robertson few days ago for most triple doubles, Russell Westbrook has gone one step ahead to finally break the record.
The Washington Wizards point guard achieved this new feat- 182nd time for double digits in the Monday game against Atlanta Hawks.
Even though his side narrowly lost on the night 125-124, the 32 year old managed to register 28 points, 13 rebounds and 21 assists.
Westbrook had this to say after the match concerning his record breaking achievement:
"I'm truly grateful for moments like this, Normally, I don't like to pat myself on the back, but
tonight I will."
