Real Madrid edges Granada to six points clear in La Liga
Spanish giant Real Madrid last night extended their lead after a narrow 1-0 against Granada to move six points clear at the top of the LaLiga table.
It was a tight encounter between sides has either failed to register a goal till Spanish midfielder Marco Asensio converted through a low angled shot in the 74th minutes to separate both sides.
Madrid's struggle in the game was noticeable due to the absence of several key players such as Karim Benzema, Vinicius Jr, Casemiro and Lucas Vazquez.
Following the win, Real Madrid sit well placed and could be clinching a back to back league title if they hold on till the end of the season.
