Hola amigos de la comunidad de #Actifit, espero estén bien, soy (@jesus1sw), quiero compartir con todos ustedes lo que fue parte de mi entrenamiento el día de ayer, en el Parque "Las ballenitas",entrene una rutina por mi parte apenas llegué al parque e hice algunos estáticos,luego me puse a practicar un rato freestyle, luego llegaron mis compañeros y empezamos una rutina para ganar más fuerza a la hora de realizar nuestros estáticos 💪🏻, la verdad fue un buen entrenamiento me siento muy bien entrenando así, siento que estoy ganando mucha más fuerza y resistencia, y es lo que necesito, ahora que empezaré a competir en próximas competencias necesito volverme más fuerte, espero les hayan gustado las fotos y motive 🔥,nunca se rindan confíen en ustedes 🙏🏻.
