El F.C. Barcelona es sin lugar a dudar un equipo todavía en construcción, comprometido desde el punto de vista económico en esta temporada, pero que desde el punto de vista meramente deportivo llega en un muy buen momento para su enfrentamiento frente al Manchester United, en un partido que pareciendo más de Champions está en la competición europea que le sigue, la Europa League.

El Manchester, por otra parte, también es un equipo que se está reconstruyendo y que viene con un impulso importante desde lo futbolístico, en cierto sentido podemos encontrar algunas cosas semejantes en ambas plantillas, pues, aunque a priori el Barsa es un poco mejor, la verdad es que se va a encontrar con un equipo sólido y con hambre de seguir inspirando a sus fanáticos. Es uno de los propósitos de su gran entrenador Ten Hag.

Ante el buen desempeño que ha venido trayendo el Barsa, campeón de la Supercopa, primeros en la liga por el momento, semifinales de la copa del Rey y 16 partidos en racha sin perder, esta es una auténtica prueba de fuego, pudiésemos decir ante el mundo, porque ya no se medirá con los de su liga sino con otra del continente europeo. Es aquí donde debe demostrar la evolución que ya ha mostrado tener entre los suyos.

Para los amantes del fútbol será un partido para disfrutar al 100% y con mucha intensidad, pues, en resumidas cuentas los dos equipos se sienten en deuda por el hecho de encontrarse fuera de la Champions y han venido haciendo los ajustes necesarios no solo para volver a ella, sino para recuperar el peso que tenían en toda Europa y el nivel antes sus demás contrincantes.

Desde un punto de vista general, para el Barsa sería importante esta victoria porque lo colocaría en una muy buena posición para optar al título de la competición, incluso si logran la clasificación serían los favoritos. Aunque la historia de enfrentamientos con el Manchester está su favor (4 victorias Vs. 3 derrotas) tampoco es muy amplia la diferencia para que sea una opción viable la pasividad y/o extrema confianza.

Una de las cosas que el Barsa más se debe cuidar es en los espacios, pues, no le puede jugar a este equipo como lo puede hacer con uno de menor nivel, estar pendiente de las rápidas transiciones y los contraataques, cosas en las que el contrincante es muy bueno. A favor tienen en que parece que las derrotas le han enseñado a replegarse más y mejor, y a estar pendiente de jugadas puntuales, sobre todo en la defensa.

Me parece que en lo que queda debiendo es en las jugadas de último momento ofensivo, de hecho, muchos de los partidos lo han ganado con la mínima diferencia. Creo que esto no le va a bastar para jugar un partido cómodo contra el Manchester que me gustaría volver a resaltar, no se trata de un equipo sencillo, con figuras de renombre y buen juego, siendo B. Fernández y Casemiro el par con quizás mayor referencia.

En la rueda de prensa de hoy, X. Hernández recuerda que se trata de dos partidos, por lo tanto, no todo se va a decidir mañana, aunque sí pienso es importante aprovechar que se jugará en casa para dar un golpe contundente, además de poder disputar el segundo encuentro con mayor tranquilidad.
