Saludos, hoy fue un día de disfrutar la Jornada dominical, con el clima en Caracas que ha estado intermitentemente nublado, con lluvias y lloviznas, lo que nos hace estar atentos y previsivos ante la posibilidad real de salir a entrenar, ya que sino se puede… se entrena en casa, hay que cuidarse!
Sin embargo aproveche la pausa de la lluvia para hacer dos ruta concurridas: la primera: Las Mercedes- Chuao- Av Río de Janeiro y la segunda: Av Río de Janeiro - Bello Monte- Los Chaguaramos y Paseo Los Ilustres. La primera ruta fue parte de un evento deportivo de la institución en la que laboro, y la segunda ruta fue por exceso de motivación. En lo personal me gusta la conexión que podemos hacer desde los Próceres hasta la Av Río de Janeiro los domingos, es una ruta utilizada por muchos corredores que hacen sus largos dominicales, se puede observar mucho tránsito de corredores lo cual es gratificante.
Esperemos que la lluvia cese y disminuya su impacto negativo que ha causado en las zonas de alto riesgo de nuestra Venezuela. Gracias Dios por esta jornada, vamos por más hivers!
