Hola amigos de Actifit.El día de ayer me sentía muy pesado por la rutina que realicé anteayer y solo fui al parque y realice algunos estáticos.

Estaba tan pesado que los estaticos lo duraba muy pocos segundos no fue un buen día pero aún así estuve intentando así me costarán.

Después de un largo rato realizando estáticos me fui a mi casa y como me sentí mal por no hacer mucho en el parque realice 250 flexiones.
