Hola amigos de Actifit .Ayer como de costumbre fui al parque a entrenar un rato, quise descansar un poco el hombro así que no entrene muchas cosas.

Estube mejorando el geinger y los giros, ya después fuimos al otro parque y hice algunas paradas de mano y straddler se me olvidó tomarme fotos. 😅
