Hola a todos,

Ayer no fue un buen día en casa, así que decidí salir a la vereda para despejar un poco la mente.

Al llegar, hice un poco de freestyle y me enfoqué en mejorar mis giros. También intenté el swing 720, pero noté que mis pies no estaban rectos, lo cual no me gustó. Tendré que trabajar en eso.

Luego, me dirigí a las otras barras para celebrar el aniversario de mi segunda familia, Fortis Workout, y el cumpleaños de un compañero.

En nuestro grupo, tenemos una tradición: el cumpleañero debe realizar su edad en muscle ups. Nuestro compañero lo logró Después, terminé mi rutina de front y regresé a casa.

Hello everyone,

Yesterday was not a good day at home, so I decided to go out on the sidewalk to clear my mind a bit.
