My Actifit Report Card: February 9 2023
Using that handy “yesterday” feature to save me from forgetting to log yesterday’s steps! They were from a combo of housewalking and walking outdoors, haha.
I suspect today will be light on steps—it’s rainy out and there’s a bunch of stuff to do this evening. Plus I don’t love posting a double day on Actifit… but that won’t keep from doing healthy stuff if time permits!
Oh and a food pic. Below is beef rendang on noodles surrounded by roasted broccoli. It’s the first time we’ve made the dish this year! (Getting the ingredients isn’t super simple):
But definitely worth the effort. Froze half of the yield for later heheh
