There is only one grave next to the grave of Sultan Ghiyasuddin Azam Shah (reigned 1389 - 1410 AD) in Sonargaon, Narayanganj, and it is not the grave of any of his family members, it is the grave of Qazi Sirajuddin.
Justice has always been notable among the rulers of Bengal. Many rulers have lived very simple lives here. Once, the independent Sultan of Bengal, Ghiyasuddin Azam Shah, shot an arrow, but it missed the target and hit a young man. The Sultan did not know about it. The old mother of the young man who was hit by the arrow complained about the matter to the chief qazi or chief judge there. Strict justice prevailed in the country at that time. No matter how powerful a person was, a situation prevailed in Bengal at that time such that if a person committed a crime, he could be complained to the qazi's court.
