I had to pivot to the modified for block one, but survived the rest of the blocks on the floor, but rowing dominated today’s template and surprisingly, my leg does not react negatively rowing.

Floor block 1, 4.5 mins

Row block 1, 4.5 mins, timed with the treads

• ⁠30s push
• ⁠30s base
• ⁠30s all out
• ⁠30s recovery
• ⁠30s push

• ⁠30s all out

Floor block 2, 4.5 mins

• ⁠5 each side single arm clean to press
• ⁠5 each side single arm split stance low row

Row block 2, same as row block 1

My fourth HIIT session, since my return from injury is also day four of power walking instead of running.

I will put the run test on Tuesday, but will maintain reasonable speeds for a few days.
