Infinity Signature Workout, Dri-Tri and Prep Season - My Actifit Report Card: September 3 2021
Friday, September 3rd, 2G 60 minute Infinity Signature Workout
Although it was a two group class/All Infinity/classes are 3G format, so template will make more sense knowing that.
Another key thing to know, Infinity is basically a test template for the Benchmark Dri-Tri, which is Orangetheory Fitness version of a triathlon; but in the OTF studio.
So the goal is to get all of it done at your best time.
Because of my recent injury, I won’t be participating in this Dri-Tri season and had to modify a few of the workout in today’s Infinity template. I’m still proud of my production despite having to dial it back a bit.
Row block 1, 14 mins
• 100m row
• medicine ball power jacks 20/18/16.../4/2/4/6.../20
Decrease reps by 2 each round until you get to 2 reps then increase by 2 each round
Floor block 1, 14 mins
• 40 bench hop overs
• 20 bench tap squats
• 20 each side bench step ups
• 20 push ups
• 20 plank jack's
• 10 burpees
Tread block 1, 14 mins
• 3 min push
• 90s base
• 2 min push
• 90s base
• 2 min push
• 90s base
• 1 min push
• 1 min base
• 30s all out
Just doing an activity walk tomorrow morning and going back to OTF on Sunday where I hope to do a light run on the treadmill block after power walking this recent week.
