Today’s templated floor blocks are integrated with 200 meter rows that is a prep to Tuesday’s upcoming 200 meter row Benchmark:

Practice, perfect, perform....

Floor block 1, 7.5 mins

• ⁠200m row (only once)
• ⁠10 TRX chest press
• ⁠8 chest press
• ⁠6 power push ups

Floor block 2, 6.5 mins

• ⁠200m row (only once)
• ⁠10 TRX low row
• ⁠8 hip hinge low row
• ⁠6 seated low row

Floor block 3, 5.5 mins

• ⁠200m row (only once)
• ⁠10 crunch
• ⁠8 crunch with dumbbell
• ⁠6 power sit ups

Tread block 1, 7.5 mins

• ⁠1 min push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠3 min progressive incline base, 2%-7% increase every 30s
• ⁠90s base
• ⁠1 min all out

Tread block 1, 6.5 mins

• ⁠30s push
• ⁠30s base
• ⁠3 min progressive incline base, 7%-2% decrease every 30s
• ⁠90s base
• ⁠1 min all out

Tread block 3, 5.5 min

• ⁠3 min progressive incline base, increase or decrease, your choice
• ⁠90s base
• ⁠1 min all out

Great way to start off the month. This probably the most popular month for Orangetheory Fitness fanatics like Tiffany and me.

Hell Week happens every October

8 High Intensity Interval Training sessions that we usually do with extra grueling challenging themed workouts mixed in ☠️🔥☠️

As you can see by the calendar the end of the month is what we look forward to the most! We want to earn them shirts 💪🏽🎃

As far as today goes, my heart rate monitor results shows my heart was pumping and the sweat equity was on drip 💧 mode 🥵

Tomorrow, Tiffany and I will be working out for our 187th Orangetheory Coach as a couple. We haven’t been to the OTF Oviedo studio in a long time, so that’s an added bonus.
