60 Minute Never Miss a Monday Workout!

They are definitely preparing us for Hell Week, because the last few templates have been fire 🔥

Floor (good luck if you start on the treads)

Block 1 (13+ minutes)

8 full burpees

8 TRX power pull ups

250 meter row

Repeat, taking 50 meters off each row

Block Two

30 sec bicep curls, 30 sec shoulder presses, 30 sec squat jacks, 30 sec running man

45 second bicep curls,
30 sec shoulder presses
45 sec squat jacks,
30 second running man

60 seconds of bicep curls,
30 seconds of shoulder presses
60 seconds of squat jacks,
30 seconds of running mans

75 seconds of bicep curls
75 seconds of shoulder presses

60 sec transition to rower

30 second all out row

Treads
WR = Walking Recovery

Block 1

75 sec push, 30 sec all out, 60 sec WR

60 sec push, 30 sec all out, 60 sec WR

45 sec push, 30 sec all out, 60 WR

30 sec push, 30 sec all out

Block two

Reverse order, except 30 seconds of jump squats instead of a full 60 sec walking recovery

Total ass kicker. I had the calorie burn and splat burn, but for the life of me; can’t believe I spent very little time in the Red Zone.
