My Ride or Die fiancé Tiffany is not feeling great, so took a break today and with our scheduled rest day Wednesdays tomorrow; she’ll benefit from the two days off.
I’m a glutton for punishment 🤪
Not to mention, we have the U Can Finish 5 Mile & 2 Mile presented by AdventHealth this coming Sunday.
This is an awesome event. We get to run it at UCF.

We signed up to do just the 5 Mile. We just did the half marathon event a few weeks ago and although I didn’t do any dead stops, my best was just run a straight 7 miles and jogging, limping, power walking and run the rest of it.
Thankfully, the hamstring injury seems to be much better; so the 5 Miler should be manageable and more than doable. Skipping the 2 Miler. I want to get home and watch NFL Football 🏈 🤷
Back to today’s OTF session:
Floor block 1,

• 4/6/8 lateral step ups with power
• 10 seated knee tucks

• 1 min sumo squats
• 30s speed squats
• 1 min to complete 10 TRX high rows
• 1 min sumo squats

• 1 min to complete 10 TRX high rows

Row block 1, 5.5 mins
• 100m all out row
• 20 lateral hops
• complete 4 rounds increasing row distance by 50m each round

Tread block 1, 5.5 minutes
• 4 min progressive push
• 1 min base
• 30s all out
Tread block 2, 9 mins
• 1 minute push, 30s all out, 1 minute walking recovery X 4
Tread block 3, 5.5 mins
• 4 min progressive push
• 1 min base
• 30s all out

As we get closer to the annual Orangetheory Fitness Hell Week event, you can feel the excitement brewing and the templates having an extra element to them; since entering October.
On Thursday will be the first of one of two Hell Week Throwback templates. Tiffany and I have done these for years, so it will be fun to see; which one’s they choose. I believe the other one will be on the 19th.
Well, rest day tomorrow; but I’ll be active enough at home to get generate some ActiFit points!
