But back to today’s splat burning session
Endurance 60 Minute Workout
Floor Block 1 - 7.25 minutes
• 3 rounds of:
• 30 sec of ab dolly rollout
• 30 sec of alternating supermans
• 15 sec transition
• 30 sec of knee tuck
• 30 sec of plank rotation
• 15 sec transition
Floor Block 2 - 7.25 minutes
• 3 rounds of:
• 30 sec of goblet squat
• 30 sec of Cossack squat
• 15 sec transition
• 30 sec of sumo squat
• 30 sec of lateral stability hop (stick it)
Floor Block 3 - 5.75 minutes
• 3 rounds of:
• 30 sec of lateral lunge (L)
• 30 sec of lateral lunge (R)
• 15 sec transition
• 30 sec of atomic mountain climbers
• 15 sec transition
Run/Row Block - 23.25 minutes
• 800m (0.5 mile) run
• 50 x pulsing half squats
• 500m row
• 640m (0.4 mile) run
• 40 x pulsing half squats
• 400m row
• 480m (0.3 mile) run
• 30 x pulsing half squats
• 300m row
• 320m (0.2 mile) run
• 20 x pulsing half squats
• 200m row
• 160m (0.1 mile) run
• 10 x pulsing half squats
• 100m row
• Run or row for distance until time
