Less than a week away from the start of the Orangetheory Fitness Hell Week 2021. 8 days of glorious torture 💪🏽💀

OTF Members Worldwide are beyond excited, for what probably is the most popular signature workouts in Orangetheory history.

But back to today’s splat burning session

Endurance 60 Minute Workout

Floor Block 1 - 7.25 minutes

• ⁠3 rounds of:
• ⁠30 sec of ab dolly rollout
• ⁠30 sec of alternating supermans
• ⁠15 sec transition
• ⁠30 sec of knee tuck
• ⁠30 sec of plank rotation
• ⁠15 sec transition

Floor Block 2 - 7.25 minutes

• ⁠3 rounds of:
• ⁠30 sec of goblet squat
• ⁠30 sec of Cossack squat
• ⁠15 sec transition
• ⁠30 sec of sumo squat
• ⁠30 sec of lateral stability hop (stick it)

Floor Block 3 - 5.75 minutes

• ⁠3 rounds of:
• ⁠30 sec of lateral lunge (L)
• ⁠30 sec of lateral lunge (R)
• ⁠15 sec transition
• ⁠30 sec of atomic mountain climbers
• ⁠15 sec transition

Run/Row Block - 23.25 minutes

• ⁠800m (0.5 mile) run
• ⁠50 x pulsing half squats
• ⁠500m row
• ⁠640m (0.4 mile) run
• ⁠40 x pulsing half squats
• ⁠400m row
• ⁠480m (0.3 mile) run
• ⁠30 x pulsing half squats
• ⁠300m row
• ⁠320m (0.2 mile) run
• ⁠20 x pulsing half squats
• ⁠200m row
• ⁠160m (0.1 mile) run
• ⁠10 x pulsing half squats
• ⁠100m row
• ⁠Run or row for distance until time
