Day One - Phishing For Rest:
Sunday Funday, October 24th - 60 minutes



Day One was BOSS 💪🏽💀

Floor Block

Back to Back weighted blocks

All bocks have the same 1st 3 exercises

5 min each non-stop blocks with same weights

5 Clean to Squat
10 Front Squat
15 Half Neutral Thrusters

TRX exercises is the only difference during each block.

So after each round of the 3 exercises it ends with the following:

Block 1 TRX Pull Up

After that row for distance

Block 2 TRX Alligators

After that row for distance

Block 3 TRX Bridge Row

After that row for distance

Block 4 TRX High Row

After that row for distance

Tread Block

5 min blocks each the same just increase incline each time for

First Block
1 min: 3% base pace
1 min 4% base pace
1 min 5% base pace
1 min flat base pace
1 min all out 1 min “walking recovery” at 15% 😮👿🥵

Second Block
1 min 4% base pace
1 min 5% base pace
1 min 6% base pace
1 min flat base pace
1 min all out 1 min “walking recovery” at 15%

Third Block
1 min 5% base pace
1 min 6% base pace
1 min 7% base pace
1 min flat base pace
1 min all out 1 min “walking recovery” at 15%

Fourth Block 4
1 min 6% base pace
1 min 7% base pace
1 min 8% base pace
1 min flat base pace
1 min all out 1 min “walking recovery” at 15%

My Orangetheory Fitness Heart Rate Monitor results says it all 🔥🍊🔥 although my ActFit results don’t. No way to have the phone on me entirely, during this craziness. 🤪

We are on our 7th OTF Hell Week as a couple and we are wearing last year’s t-shirt and will be doing the same wearing each year’s backwards until Day 6 on Friday.



Then Saturday, we should be sporting the one we earn for this year and on Halloween , Day 8 of 8, we may go with one of our favorites or at least mine. Tiffa may participate with a costume.

Tomorrow on Day TWO is called The Burpee Breach 😮
