Day Two of the Orangetheory Fitness Hell Week series was an a$$ kicker 🔥🔥🔥 The Burpee Breach!!!

Floor Block 1 - 9.5 minutes

• ⁠2 min x ultimate burpees + 30 sec x iso squat hold
• ⁠90 sec x burpee + bicep curl and shoulder press + 30 sec x iso squat hold
• ⁠75 sec x burpee + bicep curl + 30 sec x iso squat hold
• ⁠1 min x burpee + 30 sec x iso squat hold
• ⁠45 sec x full burpee + 30 sec x iso squat hold
• ⁠30 sec x burpee (without the pushup)

Floor Block 2 - 12 minutes

• ⁠3 rounds of:
• ⁠30 x bench hop overs
• ⁠20 total x alternating step up
• ⁠10 x squat jack
• ⁠Go to the rower in order of finishing the floor and then:
• ⁠See how many rounds you and your partner finish of 100m AO rows
• ⁠Final 2 minutes compete against your partner for distance (AO row)

For the second block, when you finish the floor exercises you race to the rower and partner up with whomever also has finished (in order). Then it is non-stop 100m rows until the final 2 minutes when you race each other for distance.

Tread Block 1

• ⁠Reset your monitor
• ⁠2 min run for distance
• ⁠30 sec WR
• ⁠90 sec run for distance
• ⁠30 sec WR
• ⁠75 sec run for distance
• ⁠30 sec WR
• ⁠1 min AO
• ⁠30 sec WR
• ⁠45 sec AO
• ⁠30 sec WR
• ⁠30 sec AO

Tread Block 2

• ⁠Reset your monitor
• ⁠1 min run for distance @ 1%
• ⁠1 min run for distance @ 2%
• ⁠1 min run for distance @ 3%
• ⁠1 min run for distance @ 4%
• ⁠1 min run for distance @ 5%
• ⁠1 min run for distance @ 6%
• ⁠1 min run for distance @ 7%
• ⁠1 min run for distance @ 8%
• ⁠1 min run for distance @ 9%
• ⁠1 min run for distance @ 10%
• ⁠2 min run for distance @ 1%
• ⁠Try to beat your distance from block 1
