Template: Power - 60 Minutes

Not a bad template to begin the week off. I always worry about not getting my splats when we have to go from tread to row and back; but I managed to get all of it in.

Floor Block 1

• ⁠4 mid band monster walk
• ⁠8 mid band squat to alt leg left
• ⁠4 mid band walk out

Floor Block 2

1 min of bench sit up to squat jump

Floor Block 3

• ⁠5 x lateral lunge s a neutral half thruster (R)
• ⁠5 x lateral lunge to hop (R)
• ⁠5 x lateral lunge s a neutral half thruster (L)
• ⁠5 x lateral lunge to hop (L)
• ⁠10 x plank punch

Floor Block 4

• ⁠45 sec of bench jump squats

Floor Block 5

• ⁠5 x goblet transverse squat (R)
• ⁠5 x 90 degree squat jump (R)
• ⁠5 x goblet transverse squat (L)
• ⁠5 x 90 degree squat jump (L)
• ⁠10 total x low plank with rotation

Floor Block 6

• ⁠30 sec of Froggers

TREAD/ROWER:
AO = All Out

Block 1 (Tread)

• ⁠1 min push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠30 sec push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠1 min AO

Block 2 (Rower)

• ⁠1 min AO row

Block 3 (Rower)

• ⁠1 min push row
• ⁠1 min base row
• ⁠30 sec push row
• ⁠1 min base row
• ⁠30 sec push row
• ⁠45 sec AO row

Block 4 (Tread)

• ⁠45 sec AO

Block 5 (Tread)

• ⁠1 min push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠30 sec push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠1 min push
• ⁠30 sec AO

Block 6 (Rower)

• ⁠30 sec AO row

My chart is indicative of the template for sure, but calories and splats burned; nevertheless:

Seen better results from my Orangetheory Fitness Heart Rate Monitor on a POWER day, but with some templates don’t fall into the norm as far as the charts goes.

Tiffany and I will be moving our rest day up one, so we can participate in the 12 Minute run for distance on Wednesday:
