Both Tiffany and I had PTO from work today and took a later Orangetheory Fitness session this morning.

We worked out for one of our all-time favorite OTF Coaches - Crystal and took a ride out to one of our home studio sister sites OTF Clermont.

15 stroke strong row
100 m AO row
15 stroke recovery row

Repeat until time:
8x chest press
4x power push up

Floor Block 2 - 6.5 minutes
Complete twice:
12 stroke strong row
100 m AO row
12 stroke recovery row

Repeat until time:
8x hip hinge low row
4x TRX power pull up

Floor Block 3 - 7 minutes
Complete twice:
10 stroke strong row
100 m AO row
10 stroke recovery row

Repeat until time:
16x DB seated torso rotations
8x power sit up
