Food Coma? Maybe, But Active Nevertheless - My Actifit Report Card: November 26 2021
Post Thanksgiving is always a heavy chore to get up and move with any normal energy.
For the most part, Tiffany and I workout hard 6 out of 7 days a week and we do it through High Intensity Interval Training sessions and running events.
But, we are human and towards the end of every year we veer off a bit and Thanksgiving is one of those cheat days on turbo, to say the least.
We also, don’t exercise the next day.
I had to work for my employers today, but because I work remotely; that can add to some laziness, post pigging out.
No biggie, because I still remained active enough during breaks and not sitting still for too long of a time.
Orangetheory Fitness is the most important thing in my life that keeps me mentally, physically and spiritually stronger all these years later as a member.
I’m approaching the start of my eighth year as a member in February.
Tomorrow morning we are back at it, with an 8am session at our previous home studio, OTF Hunters Creek and burning splats for Coach Kylee.
The tricky part about tomorrow is that it’s our cheat day. Saturdays are always our scheduled cheat day and Tiffa and I are very routine oriented.
We will be hanging out with some friends that are in from Vegas, se brew and wings may or may not be on tap for tomorrow as well
