Back At It: Without the Orange Lights Today - My Actifit Report Card: September 3 2022

(Edited)

Today, Tiffa and I went with our commitment to take the first few days back to working out under the orange lights slowly.

We worked out one day and off the next and so forth.

Tomorrow and Monday will be the first back to back workouts on our return from the injuries.

I was stoked this past Monday, when we worked out for the first time in three months (felt like three years) to not only be under the orange lights burning splats; but also posting my ActiFit results.

During the three months of recovery, Tiffa and I went through the process and had to stay away from most of the activities we were accustomed to.

Before the accident, we not only did the HIIT workouts, but we also did the running events and long walking activities with some spin cycling and a couple of obstacle races in the mix.

The last two years not only included the car accident but COVID and assorted injuries which kept us keeping it simple and just sticking to the HIIT, shorter distanced runs at the events and walk-in activities.

So when HIVE became part of my life, ActiFit was a match made in heaven.

Throughout the three month recovery, I wasn’t posting my activities because there wasn’t enough to really figure in the results.

Now, that things are back in play; everything is open for moving to earn.

I took a 30 minute walk this morning instead of driving and although we took the day off from working out, we went to 4 different places to shop today and I tell you; that was a lot.

The photo I uploaded for this post, I took at our second stop a Target and yes they are prepping for Halloween!

Thank you @drlobes

Do me a solid and send me that post you explained how to delegate Larynx. I need to delegate what I claimed this month to you and It was easy to follow. Thanks.

Sorry for being late, this is the link to my other post

BUT, keep this in mind, if you delegated 1000 larynx then, and now you want to delegate another 300, that field should contain the total amount you already delegated, including the one you did before.

I know it's a touch tricky, but that's how they are for now, a work in progress! And thank you!

Yes, it happens with delegating HIVE. I learned the hard way early on 🤪

But, it was important you mentioned it; because I may have done the same mistake.

I’ll get it done when I get back k on my laptop on Tuesday,

Thank You!

That is awesome; getting in walking on your off days is a great way to keep what you have gained.
Have a great weekend.

Hi John!

Yes, I’m glad I can expand the activity and not just the HIIT sessions.

Trying to piece it back a day at a time.

Keep up the good work Jimmy and Tiffany.
It's not easy to do anything with injuries.
Give yourself more credit for what you do.
