Superset Sweat Power Mode - My Actifit Report Card: February 9 2023

Today, Tiffany and I drove over to burn splats with the 5:15am WARRIORS at OTF Hunters Creek.

They have the older rower which doesn’t automatically document our rowing stats, but it’s always home, since that was our former home studio.

On to the workout:

Today, I got to use 40 and 50 pound dumbbells for the weighted exercises.

Floor Block 1 - 4.25 minutes back to back superset

• ⁠8 incline chest presses (40’s)
• ⁠8 TRX pull-ups, rest

Row Block 1 - 5 minutes work & active recovery

• ⁠8 single arm squats (40 pounder)
• ⁠200 meter base row

Floor Block 2 - 4.25 minutes back to back superset

• ⁠8 seated low rows (40’s)
• ⁠8 TRX chest presses, rest

Row Block 2 - 5.75 minutes work & active recovery

• ⁠6 single arm deadlifts, each side (50 pounder)
• ⁠200 meter base row
• ⁠Repeat until finisher:

FINISHER: 30 second ALL OUT row

I didn’t get my 12 splats, but I ran all the all outs at 8mph to 11mph speed and got into my first 12 miles per hour ALL OUT to finish out in a weeks!

I was scared shitless, because the hamstring was in the back of my mind and with running event coming up Saturday would be crushing to pull it again, but I’ve been working my way back to my normal speeds and felt like a good day to test it.

My OTBEAT HEART RATE MONITOR RESULTS:

My results definitely did not do what I put into it this morning. I didn’t get 700 plus calories burned but did get 666 and it was a hell of a workout 🤪 the 7 splats was definitely wonky should have registered more than that. When I know it’s me I will be straight up, but the system at the studio had a few folks knowing it was one of them days.
