Run Jiffy Run - My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2023

Today’s Move To Earn was not about Tiffany’s and my high intensity interval training sessions, so this post will be short and seeet.

This morning Tiffa and I added another two medals to our growing collection:

Today, we ran the BEST DAMN RACE - Orlando 2023 and that was our sixth year in a row running it.

We chose to run the 10k for the second time out of the six while running the 5K’s in the other years.

There is also a half marathon and the 10/5, but we are still getting back on track to go nuts lol.

It is one of our favorite running events and one that many of our fellow Orangetheory Fitness family also participate in.

Whose Jiffy? Jimmy + Tiffany = Jiffy or Team Jiffy as we are affectionately known as by our OTF families.
