Lake to Lake 10k - My Actifit Report Card: November 4 2023
Event: 47th Lake to Lake 10k
Saturday, November 4, 2023 - 10K - Location: Lake Mirror in Lakeland, FL
A fulfilling Saturday morning for Tiffany and me as I met my goal of running today’s 10k in an hour and Tiffa surprised me and herself finishing hers in an hour and 23 minutes.
Tiffa does’t run the whole thing but she doesn’t stop and continues moving by power walking between runs. Personally, power walking is difficult for me to do, so I give props for those who do it

Tiffa and I have been wanting to participate in this event for a few years now, so it was great finally getting it in.
For the most part we usually run a handful of events that are favorites of ours, but it’s nice to integrate some running events that are new to us.
A could have weekends ago we ran a 5K and that was a first timer.
Our next run is in December and we will be doing that one for a third consecutive year.
We also had a wonderful breakfast after the running event.
