Mojo Minute: Run it Back

Happy Mid-Week Fellow HIVERS!

Today, was rest day for me; but I'm already thinking about tomorrow and need the positivity of this community to get my mind right.

Tomorrow is another benchmark for OTF members. This one is the 12 Minute Run for Distance.

My best and my previous below:

The parameters to beat or match my best, match or beat my previous or where I'm at mentally and physically; come in at a respectable time based on just running at one speed without bumping it up or lowering it and running as long as I'm still running 12 minutes straight and taking that as a win:

Not to stress myself out and knowing it's been a long haul in recovering from multiple issues. I will go in with choosing 7.5 miles per hour and hoping that gets me right around 1 1/2 miles.

I figure anything past the 1.5 will be a bonus.

Let's Goooooooooooooooooo!!!

Those were past results, I did reach my goal this morning; although they weren’t as good as my past bests. Thanks @rcaine
