Qué es el Lastre
What is the Ballast
Utilizar un lastre es muy sencillo, pero no lo podemos aplicar a cualquier rutina, Normalmente se usa para trabajar mayormente el tren Inferior Se trata de una cuerda o agarre simple que enrollamos a lo largo de la cintura y en cuyo extremo podemos colocar una mancuerna o un disco de peso. El empuje que ejerce este peso muerto hacia el suelo es lo que nos va a servir de resistencia a la hora de entrenar y conseguir una mayor intensidad de los ejercicios.
