My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2023 : I Am Alive Challenge

Another end of the day marked.
A successful one at that.
Did my normal daily activity. Visited a friend later in the day, it was during this visit that I saw this place where they planted flowers.



For dinner I made this rice and stew with sliced cucumber which I ate with my friend.

Yesterday I wanted to achieve over 15k step which was near.
