My Actifit Report Card: April 13 2023 : I Am Alive Challenge

Hello everyone.

Welcome to my actifit report for Thursday,13th 2023.

Wake up time 5:35am.
I have been having this feeling that something is wrong somewhere.

I went for a check up, there is.
So I had to take some injections and given some tablets.

I had lots of water before checking this, is normally at 60kg.
So, no worries the 60kg was used to give me some dose.
Which is going to take like four days.

But I feel relaxed now, that I am able to start the treatment on time.

Had a lazy walk, I couldn't reach 5k steps.

We go again today.
