My Actifit Report Card: May 8 2023 : I Am Alive Challenge
Hello Amigos.
Welcome to my actifit report for Monday 8th May 2023.
I woke up early around 5:40am, said my prayers.
I was still feeling weak from the journey, so I checked some online activities and slept back.
It didn't take much time before I woke up again around 6:26am.
Started up with house chores and cleaning with much delays.
Ate a late breakfast.
I went out just to get few steps and also to enjoy fresh air.
The sky showed brightness, it was going to be a sunny day.
I walked few distance before heading home.
Continued with some online activities.
My friend visited me in the evening, we talked for sometime.
Before I saw her off, which gave me the opportunity to get more counts.
It was a lazy day though.
