My Actifit Report Card: November 9 2023 : I Am Alive Challenge

Welcome to my actifit report for Thursday 9th November, 2023.
My day started with me taking an early tour around hive, trying to catch up.
Because I know once I step out from my room, I will be busy with lots of house chores and errands.
Then started with the day's planned task.
This is palm kernel processing.
The third step after cutting it from a palm tree and hitting it with a knife.
Then leaving it for few days to soften.
This involves hand picking to get only this👇
I took these photos before starting, because when I started my hands were dirty to handle my phone.
I just pocket it until the end, when I washed my hands.
Sorry I couldn't get the end product photo.
After this, I threw the waste.
Did other random activities and completing some online task before calling it a day.

I'm curious as to what you do with the end product of this. The whole process of growing, harvesting, and processing till end product is fascinating for me. Yes, it involves a lot of work and it's stressful.
I wish I got some photos today on the process, but I was too busy and my hands were dirty.
The end product is palm oil, there is also palm kernel from it and palm fruit shaft that can be of importance too.

It's really stressful processing this, but the end is worth it because you get palm oil which can be used for a lot of things
