Welcome to my actifit report for Wednesday 22nd November, 2023.
This day happens to be the last day of my cassava flour processing..... yay😁
This has kept me busy for some days now and after each process that comes with a lot of hard work and stress.
I take a day to rest.
The above photos are the charcoal from the firewood, used in frying the garri.
And this is the survival ever saving garri😁
With this you know your house is in order, and you are ready to face each day without worrying much about your stomach 😉😅
Yes, this is the final process of the cassava flour processing.
Which can now be enjoyed.
After finishing it up around 11am.
I did other few random activities.
I had a long rest, did few online task.
It's exciting to announce to you that I started a new Korean drama after months of abstinence 😂😅
And this one has left me with smiling from end to end 🤗
The name is “a good day to be a dog”
Korean dramas always comes with something to wonder about 😂😂😅
Well my popcorn 🍿 is ready to enjoy while smiling 😁

It seems like we have the same interest. Korean dramas have been my top choice all this while.
Sometimes I would watch other shows depending on my mood, but Korean dramas are still close to my heart.
However, I haven't watched the drama you mentioned above. Is it available on Netflix?

That Kdrama, A Good Day To Be A Dog, is something that I'm still waiting for it to be completed. It will be released weekly until 10th January. Haha. If I'm going to watch it, I would have to wait until when it's complete.
At the moment, I'm watching Worst Than Evil.

Wow this sounds as complicated as palm oil processing. I'm amazed at what you can accomplish! :D do you have a favorite food made with cassava flour? Locally, we have cassava cake as a known Filipino dessert. I have yet to learn how to make it though. LOL! :D happy weekend!

We normally use hot water to make it into molded form, and use it to eat different soups.
Sometimes soak it in cold or warm water adding, milk, Milo, groundnuts and drinking it.
It's enjoyable this way too.
