Happy blessed day 🎉

I am so glad to be alive.

Welcome to my actifit report for Thursday 8th February, 2024.

The weather wasn't friendly to me, that the catarrh increased.

And I equally lost my appetite, but this bowl of papaya made it possible for something to enter my stomach.

Then walking down to work activated.

The trees they cut last week are drying already.

I was able to manage the sickness at work, though I didn't do much.

Walking back home, I branched by a pharmacy and got mixagrip.

Took it and enjoyed a long rest, because I was already feeling down.

I apologize for the late report.

These days has been somehow, but I am alive and thriving 😊
