Welcome to my Actifit report for Thursday, 7th August 2025.

It rained cats and dogs on this day.

This would definitely hinder someone from doing some outdoor activities.

I was feeling headache, and gladly i did have any planned outdoor activities.

I spent my day at home doing some certain things, mostly online activities.

I had a counseling session with a patient, I get this opportunity once in a while.

So, whenever I do.
I try to be very good with the person.

It was a great day people.
