My Actifit Report Card: September 26 2025 : It's real on a friyay

Hello Amigos

Welcome to my Actifit report for Friday, 26th September 2025.

Yes, it happened.

It wasn't just a feeling, I caught the flu..... catarrh came in full force.

My body was weak and I felt a terrible headache.
I felt dizzy as well, the only peaceful moments I had was when I slept but I didn't sleep for long before an unknown cause wakes me up.

And I am left to nurse the generalized body pains.

My friend advised i start treating malaria but I felt I needed to boost my immune system.

I didn't see where to buy fruits quickly, so I went for treating malaria.

I went to a pharmacy and buy some tablets.

I ate something and drank the tablets, this made me to be able to sleep well at night.

The meds were so effective and I am so grateful about it.
