Enjoying the Sunny, Warm Weekend. Family, Soccer Game and Lots of Nature.

Hope you are all enjoying your weekend. Here in Canada we are having a long weekend, Victoria Day.

This is also a very special weekend since I and my husband are celebrating our 23rd year Wedding Unniversary🥂 on May 22nd.
I am not sure yet what we will be doing since we are going to watch my son's Jordan soccer game at 4 pm, so maybe we will go out for a dinner afterwards.
I was thinking of making some special dinner because I thought the game will be late in the evening, like it usually is but I guess my plans have changed.

What a true blessing from God. He has blessed us so much and we are so forever grateful.

Jordan has two games this weekend. One with Vancouver Tigers, his team which he has been playing for two years now and one with a new team also Vancouver Tigers but older age league.

Yesterday he had a game at 9 pm in Vancouver, the Hastings Park. We like to watch the games there, since I and my husband can walk around on the track, while waiting for an hour before the game starts.

It's a cute little park where you can run or walk around the track, there is a skateboard park, basketball court and you can also use the turf fields if the field is not occupied.

They even have a little rock climing section with a slide for kids to play.

The game was good, but it still was quite cold. Unfortunately the boys lost the game in penalties.

This weekend is the first nice, sunny and the warmest weekend of this year so far, so I made sure to spend as much time in nature enjoying the sun. And I plan the same for tomorrow.

While sitting and relaxing on the grass in the park, I found all these beautiful flowers around me, so I took few shots.

*** I also took my shoes off and walked bare feet on the grass for about 15 minutes. It felt so good and so grounding.***

We found this gorgeous tree while walking to the park. Isn't gorgeous?
