Victorian homes are so quaint, great to see they are kept in good condition. Nice city I had a friend move there years ago, hope you settle and enjoy!

Quite a few like it - first without a car parked in front.
Not living here - just visiting. The close to city life is not for me. Our new place in Sydney is enough.
Very few left over here with all the trimmings in place.
Would never put you as a city person, good to hear you only visiting.
Smaller towns away from cities very convenient, a couple hours drive to get into city for specific items, spend the day then escape back to peace and quiet!
Funnily enough, I have almost always lived in big cities. Key factor - always on the edges. The house I grew up in had open veld all the way to the Magaliesberg. When we moved back to Joburg, our house was 2nd last house on the south side.
