I found this flower vas funny and quite silly as well and reason being, we are looking at artificial flower here, why add water to it to make it look like it's a natural flower.
I noticed this while seated awaiting my host in the center management of a mall I visited the other day.

The vase is definitely too big for the flowers and also the flower arrangement is off. I guess they added water to make it look real but your eye for detail and your curiosity let us know the truth. Thanks for sharing and pointing out the awkwardness. Do enjoy Thursday ahead :}
