Tanzania 🇹🇿 president a woman and a dictator also, I expected women president to be better than men, maybe gender doesn't matter when these people get into power.

Oh yes gender doesn't matter, they are the same. She got sworn in at an army barracks as opposed to a public stadium as is always the tradition. She rigged those elections openly and killed protesters that tried to question her. Opposition members have been jailed, some killed and some just disappeared. May history judge her harshly.
