Today is Monday and as usual my medical office was really busy. I saw a good number of patients.

I did my lunch time laps around the office perimeter Including my two additional laps that I added on Friday.

After work, the kids came over for dinner and stayed for a bit.

Then it was back to the computer for the evening.

It was a good activity day.
