My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2022

Today I was back at work. It was another busy day.

I did try and get my lunchtime laps in but my office manager showed up and needed to talk about a few things.

By the time we were done discussing issues, the lobby door was unlocked and patients started to fill up the lobby.

I will try again tomorrow. In spite of this I still got my activity count in.
