Today was my day off from work.

I had an appointment this morning then back home to get some computer work done.

In the afternoon my kids and grandson came over and we spent some time in the pool. I have not been swimming in the past week so it was good to get back in the water.

Not exactly a great activity day, but I did manage to get my minimum 5000 activity points.
