Actifit Report 051021: Practice

Well I got some steps in for work earlier in the day. Then I came home and cleaned up the house a little bit.

I got the kids picked up from school and played with them for a bit before we had to go.

My son is enamored with dribbling and running with a basketball so we enrolled him in a six week class at the Y. He had a grand time running sprints and doing dribbling drills.

I Didn't

Parents are encouraged not to stay and watch practice so I took my daughter to finish her homework. Once we were done, we headed upstairs.

Walking Around

On the second level of the field house at the Y there is a walking/running track that goes fully around the gym. My daughter and I were able to go around the track. She loved being able to run ahead yet still knew I was right behind her.

I could even check in on the boy from above. Looked like he was listening and having fun.
