Actifit Report 121121: Killin It

Alright so, yesterday. Let me see...

Yes, I got woken up around 5am with a child vomiting in the bathroom.

I felt like shit myself so I knew instantly it was going to be a shitty day.

My wife and I coordinated our work schedules so we could ensure that our jobs got done and one of us would be home with the sick child.

Planning is Seeing the Forest

Anywho, I got one kid to school and then hung out with the sick kid.

I left for work and had about 150 steps. We basically colored picture pages and played games on the couch most of the mid morning.

I got my work done and still only had about 1k steps.

Then I Dropped the Boy off at Basketball Practice

He loves it. And the program asks that the parents not stay. So I get to go upstairs and do laps on the track. Love It!

My Buddy Rob Joined Me

Actually, Rob and I grew up together. He was one of my best buds when we were younger. It was cool to catch up with him. His son is in the same basketball class as mine; so I know I should reach at least 11k steps the next four Fridays'!
