Actifit Report 010823 An Uneventful Beginning to August

So i had an uneventful beginning to August. Judging by my 19k steps you might not believe me.

We went to the park early in the morning. The kids played basketball and went on the playground equipment.

i hum the theme song from the old tv show Bonanza as i bounce them on this. It's fun as they get older because they head butt each other more often.

I made a quick lunch for the kids so i could get them out for the day.


Not before we noticed some bucks in the backyard. You can probably only see their tails... Pic was taken too far away.

Waited for the dishwasher guy to come only to tell me an hour and a half later that i still had to wash dishes by hand for another week or so... No picture included, the experience is too painful.

Finally headed in to work.

That's where i accomplished most of my steps. Busy night. As you can see, relatively uneventful.
