Saludos amigos de Full Deportes. Ya comenzó el torneo más esperado del mundo y las sorpresas no han faltado. El motivo de este post es comentar lo más relevante del primer juego de la Selección Mexicana.

El segundo partido del grupo C, México-Polonia, se jugaba en el estadio 974, en Doha, Qatar. Algo curioso de este recinto es que fue construido en el año 2021 y será desmontado al acabar la copa del mundo.

El jugador del tri, Alexis Vega, cantaba entre lágrimas el himno nacional mexicano, su llanto reflejaba todo lo que vivió para llegar hasta allí y cumplir su sueño. La afición mexicana como en cada mundial, era mayoría y se hacía notar con sus famosos cánticos.

Al minuto 52 un error de Edson Álvarez acabaría en un forcejeo de Héctor Moreno y Lewandowski, tras varios minutos el VAR determinaría la jugada como penal. En ese momento los argentinos y mexicanos rogaban para que Robert no concretara el gol desde los 11 pasos, ya que una victoria de Polonia complicaría la clasificación de ambos. Cuando silbó el árbitro y Paco Memo detuvó el penal, fue como si la vida regresara a mí.

Dice la leyenda que San Memo aparece cada 4 años, este mundial no sería la excepción y nos regalaría una de las atajadas más importantes de su carrera.

“Trabajamos en esto las últimas dos semanas e incluso el último mes junto al entrenador de porteros. Siempre es difícil cuando ves los vídeos de los penaltis de Lewandowski. Ves más de 50 penaltis y nunca sabes qué lugar elegir. Estoy feliz de pararle el penalti y mantenerle a cero en este partido.” mencionó Ochoa.

Desde luego no fue una mala presentación, México tuvo sus mejores jugadas en el primer tiempo y Polonia no fue un rival dominante. El último toque ha sido un dolor de cabeza para la Selección, nos hemos quedado a nada de ganar en muchos partidos, pero la definición es nuestro punto débil.
No tengo miedo en decir que esta es la mejor versión del tri durante la era de Martino. Los jugadores estaban motivados y demostraron su verdadera capacidad de juego.

Parece que al Grupo C le dieron la vuelta. Cuando todos cantaban la victoria de Argentina frente Arabia Saudita, el mejor deporte del mundo nos regalaría una prueba de su belleza demostrándonos la importancia de no subestimar al rival.
Si hace una semana te dijera que México tiene en sus manos el poder de eliminar a Messi, no lo creerías. El sábado tendremos el mejor duelo del grupo, la albiceleste buscará ganar si o si para clasificarse, mientras que el tri busca la ansiada victoria, para colocarse en primer lugar.

Desde luego no me gustaría dar un marcador porque no quiero darle mala suerte a mi equipo, sin embargo, deseo de todo corazón mucho espectáculo y buen fútbol para este partidazo.
