It is for all this that you do not have to be afraid of strengthening work in the gym or at home doing functional exercises and not only that, but I also recommend doing them a few times, two to three times a week on staggered days for a Runner will be more than fine and how many 15, 20, 30 minute routines that will be enough, you can also include strengthening exercises.
